Historically, maize production in Uzbekistan reached an all time high of 656 kt in 2022 and an all time low of 124 kt in 1998. When compared to Uzbekistan's main peers, maize production in Kazakhstan amounted to 1,098 kt, 733 kt in Kyrgyzstan, 220 kt in Tajikistan and 11.6 kt in Turkmenistan in 2022.
