Historically, lemon and lime production in Lebanon reached an all time high of 121 kt in 2009 and an all time low of 30.0 kt in 1984. When compared to Lebanon's main peers, lemon and lime production in Cyprus amounted to 6.15 kt, 71.4 kt in Israel, 28.8 kt in Jordan and 87.1 kt in Syria in 2022.
