Historically, expenditure of international tourism in Croatia reached an all time high of USD 1,811 mil in 2019 and an all time low of USD 422 mil in 1995. When compared to Croatia's main peers, expenditure of international tourism in Bosnia and Herzegovina amounted to USD 393 mil, USD 72.0 mil in Montenegro, USD 2,000 mil in Serbia and USD 1,772 mil in Slovenia in 2019.
Croatia has been ranked 60th within the group of 134 countries we follow in terms of expenditure of international tourism, 11 places above the position seen 10 years ago.
