Historically, expenditure of international tourism in Singapore reached an all time high of USD 25,547 mil in 2014 and an all time low of USD 3,222 mil in 1998. When compared to Singapore's main peers, expenditure of international tourism in Indonesia amounted to USD 13,171 mil, USD 13,207 mil in Malaysia, USD 12,474 mil in Philippines and USD 14,406 mil in Thailand in 2018.
