Historically, incidence of tuberculosis per 100,000 people in Vietnam reached an all time high of 296 persons in 2000 and an all time low of 169 persons in 2021. When compared to Vietnam's main peers, incidence of tuberculosis per 100,000 people in Cambodia amounted to 335 persons, 52.0 persons in China, 132 persons in Laos and 157 persons in Thailand in 2023.
