Hypotecni Banka made a net profit of CZK 2,126 mil under revenues of CZK 3,216 mil in 2024, up -14.3% and -17.8% respectively compared to the previous year.
Historically, the bank’s net profit reached an all time high of CZK 3,206 mil in 2016 and an all time low of CZK -355 mil in 1997. The average profit in the last five years amounted to CZK 2,027 mil.
On the other hand, bank’s revenues amounted to an all time high of CZK 5,172 mil in 2014 and an all time low of CZK 19.3 mil in 1997. The average revenues in the last five years reached CZK 3,270 mil.
Comparing Hypotecni Banka with its closest peers, Ceska Sporitelna generated a net profit of CZK 26,238 mil with revenues of CZK 56,486 mil in 2024, CSOB netted CZK 18,908 mil (revenues of CZK 45,109 mil) and Komercni Banka announced a net profit of CZK 17,408 mil (revenues of CZK 36,786 mil).
