Hypotecni Banka's retail loans reached CZK 413,248 mil in the third quarter of 2024, up 1.54% compared to the previous year.
Czech banking sector provided retail loans of CZK 2,333 bil in 3Q2024, up 1.52% when compared to the last year.
Hypotecni Banka accounted for 17.7% of all retail loans issued in Czechia at the end of 3Q2024. Historically, the bank’s market share in retail loans reached an all time high of 18.5% in 3Q2019 and an all time low of 8.90% in 1Q2000.
That's compared to a 3.96% market share the bank held in terms of total assets at the end of third quarter of 2024.
