Based on a comparison of 85 countries in 2020, Sierra Leone ranked the highest in population at risk of poverty as a share of total population with 56.8% followed by Malawi and Honduras. On the other end of the scale was China with 0.600%, Ukraine with 1.40% and Belarus with 4.80%.
