Historically, household and sanitary paper production in Ukraine reached an all time high of 147,000 kt in 2018 and an all time low of 49,100 kt in 1994. When compared to Ukraine's main peers, household and sanitary paper production in Poland amounted to 550,000 kt, 106,054 kt in Romania and 580,000 kt in Russia in 2018.
