Home ownership as a percentage of all dwellings rose 0% to 73.6% in Iceland in 2021, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, home ownership as a percentage of all dwellings in Iceland reached an all time high of 86.8% in 2005 and an all time low of 70.3% in 1960.
