Historically, hardboard production in China reached an all time high of 8,067,000 '000 cbm in 2013 and an all time low of 455,000 '000 cbm in 2001. When compared to China's main peers, hardboard production in India amounted to 83,200 '000 cbm, 44,000 '000 cbm in Japan, 420,000 '000 cbm in Russia and 343,700 '000 cbm in USA in 2017.
