Historically, gross school enrollment of females in tertiary education in Latvia reached an all time high of 112% in 2018 and an all time low of 25.9% in 1983. When compared to Latvia's main peers, gross school enrollment of females in tertiary education in Belarus amounted to 75.1%, 86.8% in Estonia, 92.5% in Lithuania and 57.1% in Russia in 2022.
