Historically, gross capital formation in Bhutan reached an all time high of USD 1,617 bil in 2022 and an all time low of USD 40.6 bil in 1980. When compared to Bhutan's main peers, gross capital formation in Bangladesh amounted to USD 135,385 bil, USD 7,514,545 bil in China, USD 1,213,884 bil in India and USD 12,786 bil in Nepal in 2023.
