Historically, goods exports as a part of the balance of payment in Malaysia reached an all time high of USD 281 bil in 2022 and an all time low of USD 3.83 bil in 1975. When compared to Malaysia's main peers, goods exports as a part of the balance of payment in Cambodia amounted to USD 26.8 bil, USD 583 bil in Singapore, USD 297 bil in Thailand and USD 406 bil in Vietnam in 2024.
