Historically, geothermal, biomass and other consumption in the Czech Republic reached an all time high of 4,792 GWh in 2014 and an all time low of 221 GWh in 1993. When compared to Czech Republic's main peers, geothermal, biomass and other consumption in Austria amounted to 4,593 GWh, 2,570 GWh in Hungary, 7,817 GWh in Poland and 1,680 GWh in Slovakia in 2016.
