Historically, fruit consumption per capita in Thailand reached an all time high of 65.3 kg in 2002 and an all time low of 18.9 kg in 1965. When compared to Thailand's main peers, fruit consumption per capita in Cambodia amounted to 8.12 kg, 8.89 kg in Laos, 16.3 kg in Malaysia and 25.0 kg in Myanmar in 2017.
