Foreign direct investments as a share of GDP fell 21.1% to 0.020% in Ukraine in 2024, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, foreign direct investments as a share of GDP in Ukraine reached an all time high of 0.087% in 2005 and an all time low of -0.002% in 2015. When compared to Ukraine's main peers, foreign direct investments as a share of GDP in Poland amounted to 0.020%, 0.019% in Romania and -0.004% in Russia in 2024.
