Historically, foreign debt in Senegal reached an all time high of USD 39,950 bil in 2023 and an all time low of USD 145 bil in 1970. When compared to Senegal's main peers, foreign debt in Gambia amounted to USD 1,325 bil, USD 5,164 bil in Guinea, USD 6,457 bil in Mali and USD 4,604 bil in Mauritania in 2023.
