Historically, female to male tertiary enrollment rate in Latvia reached an all time high of 147% in 2008 and an all time low of 114% in 1992. When compared to Latvia's main peers, female to male tertiary enrollment rate in Belarus amounted to 111%, 135% in Estonia, 133% in Lithuania and 111% in Russia in 2022.
