Historically, the bank’s loans reached an all time high of CZK 1,036,039 mil in 1Q2021 and an all time low of CZK 315,600 mil in 4Q2006.
In the last decade, the average annual loan growth amounted to 7.77%.
At the end of first quarter of 2025, CSOB's loans accounted for 64.1% of total deposits and 43.0% of total assets.
Mortgage loans represented 54.5% of the bank's loan book at the end of the year 1Q2025, consumer further 4.81% and corporate loans 40.0% of total loans.
