Historically, cattle meat production in Uzbekistan reached an all time high of 1,061 kt in 2018 and an all time low of 323 kt in 1992. When compared to Uzbekistan's main peers, cattle meat production in Kazakhstan amounted to 533 kt, 120 kt in Kyrgyzstan, 270 kt in Tajikistan and 173 kt in Turkmenistan in 2022.
