Historically, cattle meat production in Ukraine reached an all time high of 1,656 kt in 1992 and an all time low of 269 kt in 2022. When compared to Ukraine's main peers, cattle meat production in Poland amounted to 541 kt, 82.6 kt in Romania and 1,621 kt in Russia in 2022.
Ukraine has been ranked 41st within the group of 167 countries we follow in terms of cattle meat production, 12 places below the position seen 10 years ago.
