Bank Tabungan Negara's capital adequacy ratio reached 17.3% at the end of fourth quarter of 2019, up from 17.1% when compared to the previous quarter. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 22.2% in 2Q2016 and an all time low of 14.4% in 3Q2014.
The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 15.6% at the end of fourth quarter of 2019, down from 16.0% compared to the same period of last year and down from 16.9% when compared to the the previous quarter.
Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 111% at the end of 4Q2019, up from 102% when compared to the same period of last year. Some 10 years ago, loan to deposit ratio of the bank amounted to 99.5%.
