Bank liquid assets as a share of short-term liabilities fell 6.02% to 22.8% in Kuwait in 2024, according to the National Central Bank.

Historically, bank liquid assets as a share of short-term liabilities in Kuwait reached an all time high of 36.3% in 2011 and an all time low of 22.8% in 2024.

Kuwait has been ranked 80th within the group of 85 countries we follow in terms of bank liquid assets as a share of short-term liabilities, 19 places above the position seen 10 years ago.
