 
				Bank liquid assets as a share of short-term liabilities fell 1.08% to 37.0% in Macedonia in 2024, according to the National Central Bank.
Historically, bank liquid assets as a share of short-term liabilities in Macedonia reached an all time high of 55.0% in 2005 and an all time low of 32.4% in 2008. When compared to Macedonia's main peers, bank liquid assets as a share of short-term liabilities in Albania amounted to 41.2%, 38.0% in Bulgaria, 36.1% in Greece and 32.7% in Kosovo in 2024.
