Historically, apricot production in Turkey reached an all time high of 985 kt in 2017 and an all time low of 38.8 kt in 1966. When compared to Turkey's main peers, apricot production in Bulgaria amounted to 19.0 kt, 112 kt in Greece, 31.2 kt in Iraq and 306 kt in Iran in 2022.
